Possibly being scammed by agent representing Crypto and Associates
I have been working for two days to resolve an issue receiving 2000. I don't know if the people who have been helping me are scammers themselves or not.
I think they might be. I have paid them for fees regarding collection of the money twice and no results getting the money they say I'm supposed to receive; I haven't. I had to pay 25 to collect 65 that my friend sent to them. It was a duplicate payment.
I was asked to pay 25 to return the money. Their money was not returned. They are pointing their fingers at someone that I have had dealings with. I only have met her via the internet.
Where do we go from here? Who is telling the truth?

Crypto.com took $308 out of my bank account and now I'm negative! I NEVER USE CRYPTO.COM AND now I can't get anyone through the platform to assist me in resolving this CATASTROPHIC PROBLEM!
I just found out my bank account is negative because of a crypto com charge of $308 and I don't know why or how as I haven't used this platform in some time!! This is critical, I have no money this is !!
I am a single mom with nothing in savings or rainy day funds anywhere!! I'm bawling my eyes out because I don't know what to do!
