New ReviewerA week ago when I tried to log into my crypto.com account like I have 20 times a day for the last 365 days I was informed of a new second layer of security called the 2FA. The directions said I had to install it and it explained how yet the explanation and directions are too convoluted and difficult.
One customer support person that did text me back said that it was almost impossible to do!! This they readily admit themselves yet they ask us to do it to be able to maintain access to our crypto.com account. I stand to lose a lot of money every day that I don't have access to my account yet there will be no accountability by crypto.com as you can get a home of nobody. It's funny how you're able to get a live person on a toll free line if you have issues with crypto.com's Visa card but if you don't have their Visa card good luck you are on your own with crypto.com!
Only I can't take that for the answer because I have to have access to my account immediately. Can somebody out there that cares reach out and provide the necessary help that should be provided by any worthy company
User's recommendation: Only deal with companies that have people you can talk to in difficult situations instead of referring you to emails and chat.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
