Transactions/charges to bank account

My son does NOT have a crypto.com account and yet someone has made 5 transactions to his debit card for over $1500.00 We are currently working with the bank to try and get money bank and I have also been searching for a number to call crypto.com to have them research the charges. I had not found a number til stumbling here. I will try and give them a call.

The app shut me out then it redirected me to sign up again and declined it I tried to call a tech support and their is no number so I had to send an email and it takes 24 hours before you get an email reply this is a joke Im mad because I have a lot of money tires in I might lose.

Unable to log in

Dear i am logged on to crypto.com and i have invested 300 points for one cryptocurrency, but the masses crashed my cell phone so now i can't log on to your website. A funny thing happened to me when I saw that my account has the wrong GSM number (+385 91 5****15) so I haven't been able to log in for a long time and I don't see my financial status. Please tell me how to correct the GSM number to be +385 91 5****15 and to try to log in with the right number and get your login codes on it.
